Hello,
So the parentals are on vacation... again. This is lovely because it means I get the house to myself for a few days. Yay! Unfortunately, it also means that it's back to single mother of none meal planning. Today it was Waldorf Salad-in-a-Bag with some Jimmie Dean sausage patties thrown it for protein. I have to give myself some credit because I made the patties in a fry pan instead of the microwave.
As for school, Microbiology exam and two Medical Terminology quizzes Monday. Eeeek! I plan on spending the next 72-ish hours studying. Sleep is for those NOT trying to get into nursing school! Maybe I'll go out and buy some chocolate chip cookies for energy... Hmm...
